Any rules? +
Be courteous and punctual. Be professional and patient. No pets. Vehicle damages or spills may result in an extra fee. No unattended minors may ride unless parental consent has been given prior.
How much is the upfront fee? +
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fare is required 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellations within 72 hours of your ride result in a 25% fee.
Grace Periods
How long is the grace period, door-to-door? +
There is a 15-minute grace period for door-to-door reservations.
How long is the grace period for a domestic flight pick-up? +
There is a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights upon arrival.
How long is the grace period for an international flight pick-up? +
There is a 45-minute grace period for international flights upon arrival.
What is the grace period if my flight experiences a delay? +
There is a grace period of up to 1 hour if your flight is delayed.
Exceeding the above parameters will result in a $1.00 per minute fee.
